Poll Challenge – Who’s Candidate has the Best Netroots?

Who are you supporting for President? The Virginian Federalist: has a poll on all of the 2008 Presidential Candidates. We are challenging Republicans, Democrats, and anyone else to vote for a candidate. But more than that, we want to know who has the strongest netroots support on the web.

This is an open challenge to all. This poll is unique because one can only vote once a month, and it feeds into a national poll. We want to know if your candidate has the netroots support to win this poll.

Currently, Mitt Romney, Fred D. Thompson, and Mike Huckabee have all begun to push our poll as a way to show netroots support. While these types of polls don’t necessarily show voters, they do show who has the strongest, most committed team out there. Currently, Mitt Romney is winning this poll by about 30%.

I know there are Ron Paul, Duncan Hunter, and a myriad of both Republican and Democratic activists out there. I know this site tends to be conservative, but we would like to see the Democrats take an interest in this as well. Currently, Obama is in a very close race with Hillary and Edwards and Gore is not very far behind. High Milk Prices? Thank Al Gore

Why you ask. If you haven’t notice, milk is now about $4 a gallon. No, it’s still not cheaper to power your car with milk. But it is better for the environment that we don't. According to a recent UN study, bovine and other such livestock contribute more to global warming than all the cars combined. That’s right folks; cows produce methane gas which is a major contributor to global warming. So could Mr. Gore’s push to end global warming have inadvertently caused the price of the dairy market to spike?

Who knows, but one thing is for sure: Al Gore will be more likely to eat a cow pie than his words regarding the “human problem” of global worming.
